Check that payment was within 7 days and no credits from the purchase have been used. For an annual subscription, only an unused first monthly allowance qualifies.
Email [email protected] from your account email. Include your order ID, purchase date, amount and reason. Do not send full card details or passwords.
We reply by email. Used-credit cases require manual review. Approved refunds use the original Stripe payment method. See the Refund Policy for eligibility and statutory rights.
