How billing works for the live face swap studio.
Unused credits roll over while the subscription is valid. After cancellation, use them through the paid period. Annual plans grant monthly credits 12 times.
No. Credit packs do not expire and can also be used alongside a subscription.
Request a refund within 7 days if none of the credits from that purchase were used. Annual plans qualify only while the first month remains unused. Refund events involving used credits require manual review.
Opening the camera preview is free. When you press Start, credits for the session are reserved; Live X2.0 uses 1 credit per second. When the session ends and the provider confirms usage, unused credits return to your balance automatically.
