Turn on your webcam in your browser and the live face swap redraws you in real time with a new face, a new outfit or one of 6 art styles. Made for streamers, screen recorders and role-players.
The live face swap plays in a clean browser window, so OBS can pick it up for a stream, a recording or a meeting.
Pop out the clean 960×540 output window, add it to OBS with Window Capture, and stream or record the scene. The redrawing happens in the cloud, so the PC running OBS needs no extra GPU.
Start OBS Virtual Camera on the captured window, then pick OBS Virtual Camera as the camera in Zoom, Google Meet or Discord. The site installs no camera driver of its own; OBS provides it.
Live face swap is real-time face replacement on your camera feed: you pick one reference image, and each webcam frame is redrawn so you appear as that character, outfit or style while you move and talk. Your webcam video goes to a third-party cloud video service, which redraws each frame to match the reference and sends it back to your browser tab. Camera frames are not saved. Running a live face swap on your own computer usually takes a capable graphics card and an install; this studio needs only a browser and a webcam. This is different from editing a finished clip: you watch the result as it happens, so you can use it on a stream, a call or a recording. Every session starts with a consent check.
A reference, your camera and a window OBS can capture: the three parts of a live face swap. Setting up a stream? The webcam and OBS guide covers it. Joining Zoom or Meet? Read the video call setup page.
The live face swap copies whatever reference you choose: a character for face swap, an outfit for try on, or a style for restyle. The library holds 46 original images with no real people: 30 characters, 10 outfits and 6 styles.
Face Swap
Appear as one of 30 original characters on camera.
Checked Uploads
Use your own PNG, JPEG or WebP once it passes moderation.
Restyle
Anime, pixel art, clay, watercolor, ink comic or neon cyber.
Six things that happen around the swap, from the output window to your privacy.
Camera busy, blocked or missing, or no picture for 60 seconds: the studio names the cause. A dropped connection reconnects once.
We don't save camera frames from your live face swap. A third-party service does the swapping, and any recording stays on your device.
Choose between connected webcams, so the live face swap uses the camera that frames you right.
A pop-out 960×540 window shows only the AI picture, ready for OBS Window Capture.
Record the output and download it as WebM or MP4, depending on your browser, with an AI generated mark in the corner.
Before each live face swap you confirm: 18 or older, rights to every face used, no impersonation, no bypassing identity checks.
Opening your camera is free; credits are reserved only when you press Start.
Allow camera access and your own picture appears. This step is free, needs no login, and lets you switch between connected cameras.
Choose a reference from the library of original images, or upload your own PNG, JPEG or WebP once it passes moderation.
Sign in with Google and confirm the four checks. Your live face swap begins, credits are reserved, and unused credits return after the session is settled.
The studio swaps the face in your webcam video with a portrait you choose and shows the result in a window that OBS can capture.
The live face swap studio is opening soon. Your click is counted, and nothing was recorded or sent.
Six real setups: the person, the scene and what ends up on screen.
Twitch and YouTube streamers run a live face swap with one of the 30 original characters or an upload they own, then capture the output window in OBS. The swap updates in real time from the webcam, so viewers meet a steady on-screen persona while the streamer's real face stays private. Restyle covers VTuber-style looks.
Screen-recording creators filming software walkthroughs or unboxings turn on the ai face swap live camera, pick a character portrait and record the face-cam corner in the studio. The live face swap keeps their real face out of the file, and every download carries an AI generated label.
Short-form creators switch the reference between takes to play three or four characters in a single skit. Each take is a live face swap recorded from the output window, then cut together in an editor for Shorts, Reels or TikTok, with no makeup and no green screen.
Media literacy teachers turn on the face swap live camera in class, show their own face first, then start a session with an original character. Students watch the live face swap happen and see why a familiar face on a screen is not proof of who is speaking.
Security teams record a live face swap of a consenting colleague for awareness sessions, showing how a request on a video call could look real. Staff then rehearse the callback checks their policy requires before acting on what a face on screen asks for.
Role-playing groups on a Discord call each bring a portrait they drew or have rights to, run a live face swap in the browser and send it through OBS Virtual Camera. The party sees knights and wizards instead of webcam faces for the whole session.

LiveFaceSwap.io at livefaceswap.io is an independent website for live face swap in the browser. Your webcam picture goes to a cloud video service, gets redrawn to match one reference image, and comes back to your browser tab, with no app or GPU on your side. It is not affiliated with other apps or companies that use a similar name.
Yes. Turning on your camera is free and needs no login. A new account gets 180 credits, valid for 30 days, and Live X2.0 uses 1 credit per second, so the grant covers about 3 minutes of live video. Free here means the camera preview plus that sign-up grant. Paid monthly plans start at $15 with Basic.
The studio suits streamers who want an on-screen persona, creators who screen-record tutorials or skits, people who would rather keep their own face off camera, and role-players on group calls. Every user must be 18 or older and may only use their own face or a face they have consent to use.
Credits are reserved when you press Start and settled once the session ends, based on the seconds the video provider actually billed; anything unused goes back to your balance. If the connection fails and the provider bills 0 seconds, nothing is charged. When usage data is not available yet, the reservation stays on hold until it is reconciled.
Sign-up credits expire 30 days after you receive them. Credit packs never expire and stack with a subscription. Subscription credits roll over month to month while the subscription stays active, and after you cancel you can still use them until the paid period ends.
Commercial use starts on the Business plan; the other plans are for personal use only. On every plan, the faces you use must be your own or used with consent, and the Terms prohibit impersonating someone or bypassing identity checks.
Yes. The live face swap runs on cloud servers, so your graphics card does not matter. There is no software or driver to install: open the site in Chrome on your computer, allow camera access, and your camera picture appears in the tab.
Yes. You can bring it into Zoom, Google Meet or Discord through OBS. Pop out the clean output window, capture it in OBS, start OBS Virtual Camera, then choose OBS Virtual Camera as your camera in the call app. The studio installs no virtual camera driver itself. The video call setup page walks through each app.
