You may request a refund within 7 days after payment only if none of the credits granted by that purchase have been used. For annual subscriptions, only an unused first monthly allowance qualifies. A purchase with any credit use requires manual review and does not qualify for automatic credit revocation. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
On an eligible refund, the purchase’s credit batches are frozen and revoked; later annual monthly grants are stopped. Duplicate refund notifications are processed once. Used-credit cases are recorded for manual review without automatically removing the remaining balance.
Email [email protected] from the purchasing account with your order ID, payment date and reason. We review the request and reply by email. An approved refund returns to the original payment method through Stripe.
Canceling a subscription stops renewal. It does not itself refund the purchase. Unused subscription credits remain available until the paid period ends; credit-pack credits have no expiry.
